Serving as a Congressional Debate parliamentarian judge fulfills an important role in ensuring an adult moderator in an otherwise student-run round of debate. This course will equip you to feel comfortable in that role by understanding what to expect, and to even find that role rewarding. This course follows an asynchronous format, with instructional videos explaining expectations of parliamentarians, followed by brief quizzes to check for understanding. This course should just take a little over a half hour to complete.
